TIF Zones Metadata

Description

Tifzone.shp is a polygon shape file which contains the City of Bellingham's Traffic Impact Fee (TIF) zones for the given year.

Note: Only item fields of interest are shown in table below. All internal fields have not been described.

Source

The shape file was originally created in AutoCAD by the traffic section using street centerlines and parcels as a base. In 1997, the AutoCAD map was converted to ArcInfo. New zone regions for the following year are added every fall using information from the traffic section.
