Structr.shp is a polygon shape file which contains building and structure footprints.
The drawing originated as a 1:2400 aerial flight of the city of Bellingham in 1988 converted to a set of AutoCAD drawing files. The AutoCAD topography drawings were converted to ArcInfo in 1997 by city staff.
