Retbasin.shp is a polygon shape file which contains the City of Bellingham's Retention Basin data.
The Polygon Attribute Table stores the type and name of the retention basis. Note: Only item fields of interest are shown in table below. All internal fields have not been described.

New projects and retention basins are being added on an ongoing basis. Old retention basin information is also being field checked and updated on the coverage. Any detailed information regarding may be found looking at the project as-built drawings.
