Features.shp is an arc shape file which contains topographic feature outlines such as roads, tree lines, docs, etc.
The Arc Attribute Table stores the feature class, elevation and type. Note: Only item fields of interest are shown in table below. All internal fields have not been described.

The coverage originated as a 1:2400 aerial flight of the city of Bellingham in 1988 converted to a set of AutoCAD drawing files. The AutoCAD topography drawings were converted to ArcInfo in 1997 by city staff.
