linecode Character 6 Code designated type of line; in all cases, it will be ease for this dataset
accuracy code Integer 2 Code corresponding to a range of measurements of accuracy representing the true location of a given property line as it relates to the City of Bellingham cadastral survey base.
source code Integer 4 Code representing the source of the information used to add or update parcel lines on the map.

Source

The coverage is a combination of two sources:

The first is from an AutoCAD drawing maintained by the Engineering Survey section. Most of the easements with a type of 'un' (unknown) are from this source. These easements have been mapped accurately by deciphering the legal descriptions and mapping using cogo and the City cadastral as a mapping base.

The second source is from an on-going easement research and mapping project being performed by a city contractor. The easements are mapped in AutoCAD and converted to ArcInfo on a section-by-section basis. Most easements that have a specific designated type are from this project.
