Seeps_Springs is a point featureclass which contains the locations of known, mapped seeps and springs within the geographic vicinity of the City of Bellingham. These locations were digitized from the "Geologic Hazard Areas Map Folio" published in 1992 by the City of Bellingham. Attributes are limited to the feature ID.
The purpose of the Seeps_Sprints data is to show the location of seeps and springs within the geographic vicinity of the City of Bellingham.
Source materials authored and compiled by Jennie De Chant and Steve Fox with assistance from City of Bellingham staff. In addition to field study, source materials included a broad range of soils, geology, aerial imagery, and other geomorphic map and text documents (see report for full bibliographic references and methodology).
