The Community Development Advisory Board announced Preliminary 2010 Human Service Awards at its 9/03/09 meeting. 2010 will be the second year of the program biennium so no Request for Proposals was issued. Prior year (2009) awards were adjusted to reflect the available funding in 2010. All awardees were notified by mail. Awards will become final in Spring 2010 after local and federal funds are secured.
Opportunities for comment - Between 9/03/09 and 10/08/09 the City of Bellingham is inviting public comment about the Human Service allocation process and award recommendations. Comments may be submitted to:
