
A Request for Proposals (RFP) was published on 7/02/09 inviting proposals for the emergency shelter programs for this winter. Applicants were given 30 days to respond. The RFP was advertised through a notice in the Bellingham Herald, notification on the City's website, and mailing to a list of interested parties.
After review, the Community Development Advisory Board discussed the proposals and announced the Winter 2009 Awards at the conclusion of their 9/03/09 meeting. All applicants were notified in writing.
