- Initiate 2011 Comprehensive Plan Update and comply with Growth

- Conclude Employment Land Supply study and coordinate with Whatcom
County's land supply inventory. (Council Goal 5)
- Complete and implement Urban Infill Toolkit. (Council Goal 5)
- Complete the Samish Way Urban Village plan and initiate work on one
or more additional urban village plans. (Council Goals 2, 5, and 9)
- Process Sunnyland Neighborhood Plan Amendment rezone for former DOT
site. (Council Goal 5)
- Conduct Haskell/Fairhaven Design Charrette and process Neighborhood
Plan Amendment proposal. (Council Goal 5)
- Continue to support development of Silver Beach Neighborhood Plan.

- Manage regulatory processes for Fairhaven Highlands. (Council Goal

- Complete Governor Road alignment study and evaluate land use options
on Samish Hill. (Council Goals 2, 5, and 9)
