The applicants for Fairhaven Harbor filed a modified Design Review Permit for their development at Harris and McKenzie. This permit (DRC 2007-00021) alters the previously approved design so that the building falls within the 85' height limit of the previously approved SEPA determination. The permit application is complete. Below are the related documents and most recent elevations for this project.
The applicants for Fairhaven Harbor submitted an amendment of the previous Design Review Permit, (No. DRC2004-00033) to construct a 3 to 10 story building with underground parking in the Fairhaven Design Review District, on the block bound by Harris, 9th, McKenzie, and 8th Streets.
The city issued a Decision for a new Design Review Permit, approving it with conditions, including a condition that limits the height of the project to 85 feet above the sidewalk (116 feet above sea level). The full decision, including additional conditions is posted below with the Exhibits A-H, which include the Planned Contract and approved shoreline development permits for the project.
The plans and complete file are also available to view at the Planning Department in City Hall, 210 Lottie Street.
Public comment received on the new design review permit (DRC06-00020) as of January 5, 2007(PDF). This Hearing Examiner decision on the shoreline permit for this site can be found at HE-05-PL-006. The previous design review decision was appealed. That decision can be found at HE-06-PL-018.
