Improvements include demolition of existing paved surfaces, disposal of buried concrete, the construction of a baseball field, restroom building, site infrastructure, site grading, parking lot lighting and pedestrian amenities.
$1,547,000.00 from a WA State Grant, damages awarded from the Olympic Pipe Line disaster, Real Estate Excise Tax and the Sewer Enterprise Fund.
