Phase 3 improvements include a picnic shelter, playgrounds, loop trail, basketball court, off-leash dog park, the lighted softball field, light phase one ball field, restrooms, site grading, parking lot and parking lot lighting, landscape planting, pedestrian amenities and site infrastructure improvements.
$4,700,000 in Greenway Levy 3 and $540,000 in Park Impact Fees.
We hope to be awarded a $500,000 State grant in 2013 to supplement the construction budget.
