This property is located in north Bellingham, which over the last 20 years has experienced significant growth. The Cordata Park property was acquired for a neighborhood park and greenway corridor. The park area includes approximately 27 acres of green space, wetlands, a regional detention facility, and critical habitat areas.
Master planning of the Park was completed in 2008. Phase 1 development of the mater plan will include a new trail from Horton Road (SE corner of Park), north through the Park, and then East to connect to Cordata Parkway.
