The recently completed renovation project included replacing the roof at the Civic grandstands, improving ADA accessibility, renovating and expanding the Civic locker rooms, remodeling the existing restrooms and concessions at Civic, expansion of the skate park along with a new restroom, constructing new restrooms and concessions at Joe Martin, constructing signage and way finding, installing new drainage and paving the parking lot, improving Orleans Street, and landscaping. Also included is the field replacement at Joe Martin Stadium, which includes the installation of new drainage, irrigation and natural turf.
