Bellingham Parks & Recreation has completed renovation of the existing wood trestle just south of Boulevard Park.
Renovations included widening and replacing the walkway, replacing the wood railing & walking surface, and replacing the walkway abutment foundations.
The renovated trestle is now open to the public.

The project was accepted as substantially complete on January 12, 2011, and is currently open to the public.
