Bellingham Municipal Court accepts payments for fines, including parking tickets and court costs, by cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, and debit cards (Visa and MasterCard only) at the clerkâs window in the front lobby of our main office.
You may make payment by check or money order in US dollars written to "Bellingham Municipal Court" or "BMC" and mailed to the main office. Do not send cash in the mail.
Payments may also be placed in the drop box located in front of Bellingham City Hall.
You may make payments by telephone with your Visa or MasterCard credit card or debit card. Please call the Bellingham Municipal Court main office.
If you are unable to pay your fine or court costs by the imposed deadline, contact Bellingham Municipal Court main office immediately. Failure to make payments in a timely manner may result in the imposition of additional financial penalties, suspension of driving privileges, revocation of diversion or deferred prosecution, and referral to a collection agency.
