The City Council welcomes participation in all public meetings. When you feel strongly about a public issue or a local concern, the Council encourages you to share your information and thoughts with them. If you are unable to attend a meeting or would rather not give testimony at the meeting, you are encouraged to send a letter which will be made a part of the official record.
Availability: Council meeting agendas and packets are
usually available at least two days prior to a meeting. Meeting minutes are
only available after Council approves them. Related video and audio
materials are usually available within five business days after the meeting
occurs.
Technical Support: If you experience difficulties accessing
these materials, please refer to our
website technical support page.
