Two houses and a lot on Sunset Drive are available for sale by the City of Bellingham through a sealed bid process.
The City owns two houses and one building lot following the completion of road work along East Sunset Drive. A project page on the City website provides a location map, detailed information about each property and photographs.
These properties are available for sale to the general public through a sealed bid process, now through 11 a.m. June 8, 2011.
The City Council declared these properties surplus to the City’s needs, action that is required to start the process for selling surplus municipal properties.
