City utility bills for water, sewer and storm water are changing from a postcard bill to a full-size bill with return envelope. Customers can expect to receive new utility bills beginning the week of September 25, 2005.
City Finance Director Therese Holm said the new utility bills, part of a necessary software system upgrade, will help her department provide better customer service today and in the future.
