| 2008 Regional Vendor Forum Doing Business with Public Agencies The 2008 Regional Vendor Forum on Friday March 28th, 2008 will be hosted by the City of Bellingham and the EDASC/Procurement Technical Assistance Center. Forum participants will: · Learn about upcoming contracts and procurement opportunities throughout the region. · Learn how the contracting and procurement process works in various agencies. · Meet people who can help your company thrive. · Connect with experts in public contracting and procurement. · Learn the process for getting your business listed on various procurement rosters. · Network with other businesses. · Initiate relationships for future sharing and partnering. Time will be available to discuss with agency representatives about up coming procurement and contracting needs. The forum is intended to foster information exchange between businesses. Other agencies will be on hand to discuss resources available to assist businesses. The 2008 Regional Vendor Forum will be held at the Squalicum Boat House (Directions attached). The Forum will run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.on Friday, March 28, 2008. There is no need for registration the forum is free.
