providing this bulletin to inform you of a Level III Registered Sex Offender.
This bulletin is not meant to shock or alarm, but rather to
provide relevant information regarding this offender, his
criminal history, and his potential threat to the
neighborhood.

In Whatcom County on 10/18 2001 Christopher A Keller pled guilty to one count of Child Molestation 2nd Degree and one count of Assault 2nd Degree for having sexual intercourse and oral contact with a 13 year old female on numerous occasions and for having sexual intercourse with that victim's 14 year old female relative. Keller was 22/23 years old at the time.
He had previously been convicted of Rape/Carnal knowledge for having sexual intercourse with a 15 year old female, while in the military in Texas. Keller was 20 years old at the time. File material also indicates that he was accused of visiting multiple females in the 13-15 year old range while he was an adult. He refused to participate in sex offender treatment while he was incarcerated.
Christopher Keller is still on DOC supervision.
