providing this bulletin to inform you of a Level III Registered Sex Offender.
This bulletin is not meant to shock or alarm, but rather to
provide relevant information regarding this offender, his
criminal history, and his potential threat to the
neighborhood.

Timeoto Ayala has been convicted three times of Child Molest 1. The first incident was February 18 1993 when he was 14. His victims were 3 & 5 year old girls. He was sentenced to counseling and probation and a 12 week sentence.
While in counselling, Ayala reoffended and was again convicted of Child Molestation in the First Degree on 7/30/1993. He was 15 years old. He victim was a 9 year old female. He recieved a 30 week sentence.
August 5, 1994, Ayala was again convicted of Chid Molestation in the First Degree. The victim was 7year old female. He recieved a 40 week sentence. Timoteo Ayala was 16.
He has also been convicted of Failing to Register his sex offender address in Snohomish County in 1997. During his treatment and polygraphs, Ayala admitted to 50+ victims that he had not previously disclosed. Timoteo Ayala would groom his victims and play tickling games to mask his sexual advances.
Bellingham Police have rated Timoteo Ayala as a level III registered offender.
